Menu Options

Menus can be tailored to fit with dietary requirements, likes and dislikes or we can specially design a menu for you. From Indian regional cuisines to a Mexican themed fiesta with cocktails can be fun alternatives.

Incorporated into each session is a range of challenging techniques, so that everyone takes away with them a sense of achievement and the ability to replicate the dishes at home again. If you would like to add a competitive element to your event we are happy to include a pasta making competition within your meal or alternatively have a look at our bake-off style events.

French spring menu

  • Pistou soup with rustic rolls
  • Baked line caught catch of the day with hollandaise sauce, baby potatoes and French beans
  • Profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce

Italian spring menu

  • Ricotta and lemon ravioli with a browned mint butter sauce
  • Rhug organic garlic and rosemary lamb and caponata
  • Tiramisu
  • (Coffee/teas with hazelnut and chocolate biscotti)

Middle Eastern spring menu

  • Mixed mezze and homemade flat bread
  • Rhug organic grilled chicken or line caught fish chermoula (group to choose one option) with herbed couscous
  • Semolina cake with yoghurt and fresh oranges
  • (Coffee/teas with homemade baklava)

Spanish spring menu

  • Tapas with homemade rustic rolls
  • Traditional paella with Rhug organic chicken
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry and raisin ice cream
  • (Coffee/teas with magdalenas)

British spring menu

  • Asparagus with homemade mayonnaise (in season only May/ early June)
  • Rhug organic roast herbed chicken with minted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  • Strawberry trifle
  • (Coffee/teas with chocolate truffles)
