Menu Options

Menus can be tailored to fit with dietary requirements, likes and dislikes or we can specially design a menu for you. From Indian regional cuisines to a Mexican themed fiesta with cocktails can be fun alternatives.

Incorporated into each session is a range of challenging techniques, so that everyone takes away with them a sense of achievement and the ability to replicate the dishes at home again. If you would like to add a competitive element to your event we are happy to include a pasta making competition within your meal or alternatively have a look at our bake-off style events.

Italian autumn menu

  • Butternut squash tortellini with sage butter
  • Grilled lamb steaks with a red wine reduction, celeriac puree or butterbean puree (choose one puree) and seasonal vegetables
  • Profiteroles with a Valrhona chocolate sauce

British autumn menu

  • Twice-baked Stilton soufflé served with a chicory and pear salad
  • Roast guinea fowl or roast chicken and herbed basmati rice served with a red wine red cabbage and seasonal vegetables
  • Sticky toffee pudding with real custard
  • (Coffee/teas with homemade fudge)

Middle Eastern autumn menu

  • Mixed mezze with homemade flat bread
  • Lamb tagine with Persian rice
  • Semolina cake with yoghurt and fresh oranges
  • (Coffee/teas with homemade baklava)

French autumn menu

  • Blini with crème fraîche and assorted smoked fish
  • Classic coq au vin, creamed potoates and seasonal green veg
  • Crème brûlée
  • (Coffee/teas with chocolate truffles)

Spanish autumn menu

  • Tapas with homemade rustic rolls
  • Traditional paella with Rhug organic chicken
  • Torta di Santiago
